Scottish Citylink is Scotland’s leading provider of express
coach services. Each year over 3 million passengers travel with
us to more than 200 destinations on our fleet of blue and yellow
coaches.
Our aim is to provide you with a quality, reliable and safe
service, delivered with courtesy, at value for money prices.
What we offer
We constantly strive to make our services better by offering:
• Value for money fares for all and a range of discounts
to save you even more.
• Journey times which ensure that less time is spent
travelling and more at your chosen destination.
• Modern coaches which offer a safe, comfortable environment.
• Reliability. We endeavour to get you where you want
to go at the time you want to be there.
How we control our network
Citylink have a number of operators who run our services.
Because of the vast size of our network we work with local
companies in your area. We then link these companies together
to provide services throughout Scotland. Our Control Centre
in Glasgow co-ordinates all services. Citylink staff based
in Fort William, Aberdeen, Inverness, Dundee, Perth, Edinburgh
and Glasgow also help to ensure the smooth running of our
Scottish network.
Coach and bus stations
Within all major bus stations, Citylink either has the support
of a sales outlet, our own sales outlet, or we have our own
customer care staff on site. The majority of coach and bus
stations in Scotland are owned by local bus operators or the
local council. We work very hard at building relationships
with those in charge of the bus stations to ensure that you
are looked after by the local staff when there are no Citylink
staff on site.
Scottish Citylink is part of the ComfortDelGro
Group.
