NEW: Txt tickets

Txt ticketing is our new way of delivering tickets to customers who buy their tickets on line or via our call centre. In addition to the existing methods of delivery, you will also have the option of having your ticket reference sent to your mobile phone as a text message for just 10p per ticket. All you have to do is show the reference code to the driver on board the coach. No ticket required!

Via our Contact Centre
Call our central reservations centre on 08705 50 50 50, to speak to one of our friendly and knowledgeable Travel Advisors. They're happy to give you any information you might need to help you plan your journey, and make your booking. We're open from 7am until 10pm 7 days a week. Again, tickets can be posted to you, sent to your mobile phone as a text message or may be collected personally at key locations.
From a Travel Centre or Citylink Agent
Tickets can also be purchased in person from our travel centres and agents. We have Travel Centres within the Bus Stations in Glasgow, Perth, Dundee, Aberdeen, Inverness and Edinburgh and in the Tourist Information Centre in Edinburgh. Citylink Agents can be found throughout the country, so there should be one near you.
From your driver
Starting your journey right now? You can also buy your ticket direct from the coach driver for most services, although we can't promise that the coach will have seats available! That's why, whenever possible, it makes sense to book in advance to guarantee your seat.
